Jalvishwa Agro Tourism & River Camp Tapola

We booked Jalvishwa Agro Tourism & River Camp – Best hotel in Tapola through Agoda as first-time visitors coming from Pune. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced. We were given the worst possible room, and it was not clean, there were cobwebs everywhere. Noise made the stay completely unbearable. Right above our room was the dining area, with constant chair dragging throughout the day. On the left was an iron staircase, and every movement echoed loudly inside the room. Children were playing on this staircase, creating continuous disturbance. When we requested the hotel owner to at least ask people to use the stairs quietly, he said he would, but nothing was done. On the right side was another hotel using loudspeakers, and this property itself blasts music on loudspeakers in the open area. All of this noise travels straight into the rooms. If you’re expecting peace and quiet, this is absolutely not the place. I even used earplugs and could still clearly hear noise from the stairs, dining area, and loudspeakers. We requested a room change due to the noise and cleanliness issues, but the staff flatly refused, saying all rooms were occupied and that they could only switch us the next day. We did not escalate the issue further during our stay due to lack of mobile network and safety concerns in a remote location. We stayed for one night purely out of exhaustion, left early the next morning, and immediately searched for another hotel. Extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort or relaxation.
