Hanting Premium Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an International Exhibition Center

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hanting premium Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. As foreigners, we encountered a few challenges, but the team was incredibly helpful and resolved our issues with genuine care. The hospitality was truly fantastic, and the food exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, and it was clear that the kitchen staff takes pride in their offerings. A special shoutout to Ms. Wendy, Mr. Senior and Qian Qim Vhian at the front desk. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like part of a family rather than just guests. They were always ready to assist us with a smile, making our stay even more memorable. I must also express my heartfelt gratitude to Auntie Ching She Ming. Her hard work and dedication were evident throughout our visit. She treated us like relatives, providing support and kindness that made a significant impact on our experience. It was impressive to learn that she is 60 years old and still works nearly 10 hours a day—her commitment is truly commendable, and she deserves all the recognition for her efforts. Additionally, the hotel’s delivery robot was a fun and unique feature that added a modern touch to our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout. Overall, we had an amazing time at and would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.
