    To the Management, Avari Express Hotel, Gulberg, Lahore Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Stay – Booking No. 2028560503 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally register my complaint regarding my recent stay at your property, booked through Agoda under Booking No. 2028560503. I checked in on 3rd July 2026 and checked out on 4th July 2026, and was allocated Room No. 1410. I regret to inform you that the overall quality of service and facilities during my stay was far below any acceptable standard, and I feel compelled to bring the following specific issues to your attention: 1. Poor Overall Service: The general level of service throughout my stay was deeply disappointing. Nothing was in a satisfactory state, and the experience fell well short of what any guest should reasonably expect. 2. Non-Functional Shower Drainage: The shower in Room No. 1410 had a completely blocked drain. Water did not drain at all during use, making the shower unusable and unhygienic. This is a basic maintenance issue that should never be allowed to persist in a guest room. 3. Refusal to Provide Water at Checkout: At the time of checkout, I made a simple and basic request for a single glass of water. The receptionist handling my checkout paperwork bluntly responded that no water was available. This response is not only unacceptable from a hospitality standpoint but is frankly disrespectful to a paying guest. I have stayed at Avari properties before and had higher expectations based on your brand's reputation. This experience has been a significant disappointment. I request that you: • Investigate the above complaints seriously • Take corrective action against the staff involved • Ensure Room No. 1410 undergoes immediate maintenance review • Provide a formal written response acknowledging these issues I hope this matter will be treated with the urgency it deserves.
