    Hotel staff are the winning formula. Great service and close attention to ecru little moment you are around. The hotel restaurant has a very good culinary experience. The international course is superb The Spa and massage is excellent. Good recovery post trekking. Location is at the heart of Thimphu Love the people and the place.

    The location of the hotel is good. Massage service is great. But the breakfast is terrible. Worst I had at any 4 star hotel. Not worth the price.

    Staff has been kind, but difficult to reach, organisation of activities was below expectations with activities not requested being scheduled and long exchanges even to arrange a simple transfer to airport. This created stress. *** a day for a room is fully overpriced. Food quality was also low, and we felt it compared to the other restaurant we went to in the capital just behind the hotel. All services comparing to the other 5 stars hotel that we have been in Buthan were much below expectations. Also getting the right bill was a challenge. The only thing I would highlight everyone tries their best and they are kind, but kindness and professionalism are two different things. I added a comment only because the property insisted to. Highly overpriced and not reccomended.
