    No replies for quarries and they won't honour their commitment for rooms quality. We had very bad experience with deluxe room what they said it is non AC as per understanding it is AC. So deluxe non AC room was pathetic. Throughout night no sleep due to mosquitos. Fan was at one side of the room and air flow to the second person. No proper toiletries provided and water from the taps flows like drops. Water is so hot that very difficult to take bath. No normal water. Overall our experience is pathetic and I won't recommend Deluxe non AC rooms.

    My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First, the parking area is located far from the hotel, and guests are required to walk a considerable distance after parking their vehicles, which is very inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Second, there were cockroaches roaming around inside the room throughout my stay. Finding cockroaches moving around the room was unhygienic and unacceptable. Third, I paid an additional ₹525 for an AC room on top of my original non-AC booking, but it was a complete waste of money. The air conditioner was not cooling the room properly, and I was sweating during the night despite having the AC running. The room remained uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience did not justify the money spent, and I would not recommend this hotel.
