    Tucked away in a wood carving village, it was interesting to walk around to see all the crafts. If you need a little break from the city center. This could be good for you. The hotel however is a little worn, I didn't expect it to be squeaky clean, but they could have made a better effort on the sinks and bathroom. The pillows were terrible. The bed felt itchy, so we checked and found little bugs. We ended up staying just the 1 night instead of my 2 nights booking. When I asked the staff if there were any breakfast, instead of offering a solution or suggestion. Instead insisted that I didn't book breakfast I would have happily paid extra since there were nothing else around and I was traveling with my young toddler alone. Anyhow, I hope they improve.

    Beautiful place, nice interior and exterior design. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Was peaceful and close to hand craft shops. I stayed an extra night. Friendly stuff.

    The photos shown on the website were taken about five years ago. When we arrived at the resort, it turned out to be much farther than indicated, around 12 kilometers from the center. So it takes at least 40 minutes to get to the center from there. Everything looked abandoned, the rooms were dirty, covered in dust and cobwebs. The bathrooms were terrible, with mold. They posted photos from when the resort was at its peak and well maintained. Now the rooms are half-abandoned and smell like mold. Honestly, considering the location and the condition of the place, it was worth no more than 200–300 baht. As for the positives, the staff were polite, smiling, and tried to help, but that does not make the photos match the reality. The pool was clean. However, there was no lighting in the pool and no jacuzzi, but the pool itself was pleasant and we did swim in it. Overall, I can’t say anything else positive. Don’t fall for this scam and please read my review. I stayed there for more than a week, and I do not recommend paying this price for such a neglected resort.
