    We’ve come to few hotels even hostels, but this is the worst experience with the staff ever. Value for money is quite okay since it is booked with somehow a low price. But upon arrival, the two staff (a girl with a long hair and a big guy with curly hair) says all things to get money to the travelers. At first, tho we booked a room with bathroom and wifi and even aircon they told us that we can access a private room and bathroom if we pay *** for 2 nights because they told us that the room we booked is a room with shared bathroom with other male foreigners insisting it is dirty and all they can say to make us pay ***. We insisted that it’s okay since we don’t want to pay because we can sense it is some sort of scam. Then they told us that the room will have no wifi. We again, said it’s okay since we can stay outside and we have internet. The next thing is we won’t be having aircon!!! They said all this things to make us pay and we even hear them do this to other travelers. It is some kind of hidden charge. But if you check the booking in Agoda all of these things are included in every hotel and even the one we booked. We appealed and showed them the booking. This time, they said Agoda was wrong and they will upgrade our room wherein it is really should be that room. We just felt sorry for the other travelers who they scammed. It shouldn’t be that way. We hope the owner will do something about this.

    A/C is being turned off at 7am n family is still asleep. Shower not functioning well. Broken bucket which was provided to use when we shower. Staff is very rude, unpleasant
