Não havia o aquecimento informado no booking. Tinha um pequeno aquecedor portátil que não adiantava.nada. A falta de instruções sobre o funcionamento dos equipamentos da casa. O atraso do funcionário para fazer o check-in.

Localização perfeita, confortável

A limpeza deixava um pouco a desejar, muito pó e cotão. Encontramos também pertences de ex clientes o que leva a e entender que não houve uma manutenção em condições entre estadias. Nada que nos impedisse de ter uma boa estadia e de pretender voltar

Very nice fully renovated appartment in the historical centre of Setubal. Clos to everything and wonderfully restaurated. We were at nr 8, and had 3 topfloors nr 6 is downstaires. Good facilities, airco, TV; kitchen. The old town is slowly renovated, and not that `polished` yet. This means that you will have to accept neighbours who are quite loud and live in summer primarily out on the small street. We did not mind so much, but not for the faint hearted. In return you have a spectacular location in the centre of Setubal.

Parking is bit of problem, but we used the `` free` residents parking a few meters away, but drive carefully. There are enough other relatively cheap parking spaces in the town.
