The apartment is very well located and has all the necessary amenities, and even more, such as Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Communication with the owner is quick and easy. Before our arrival, we received clear and detailed instructions regarding the check-in process. This was our second stay at this place, and once again, we are very satisfied.

Dirty! Pubic hairs and used tissues in the beds.

It is in a great central location a short walk from Vallandry lift.

It was horribly dirty and complete disaster. The beds and sofa bed were revolting. They had used tissues and pubic hairs on and in them and the entire place horribly stank - mostly coming from the toilet and kitchen area. The sink was dirty with old food. The extractor fan covered in grime and dust. The blankets on the sofa were dirty and stained. The cushions revolting. The whole place needed a deep clean. We stayed one night as we arrived late with young children and had no alternative options. We left the next day and found alternative accommodation. It was horrible putting children to bed in dirty beds. The owner was unhelpful, first suggesting to put sheets over the dirty mattresses and protectors (and effectively cover up the pubic hairs) and later telling me I was just looking for money and was unhappy about the size of the apartment - not true. They were rude and it was hugely disappointing. Booking.com have been no help either. They have provided a 10% gesture of goodwill to my booking.com wallet and apparently that is all they can do. Overall hugely disappointing. The communal hallways are dark and dingy. It did not feel secure. The ski locker room was tiny and there was no space for boots - only skis. I would avoid this if you want to have a remotely pleasant time! There are much better properties around and on the slopes for the same price range.

Perfect location but apartment is tired and inconveniently doesn't have wifi; linen extra costs

Location was excellent and convenient.

The linen and bedding addition is a hidden cost (140 euros!) and very unexpected - why am I paying for linen? Not having WIFI in the apartment is cheap and inconsiderate - my family had to use our own data and all of us went over our 20gigs of data allowance by day 4 and were left without data for the last 2 days! Mattresses not especially clean; it put my wife off. Apartment is modest, basic and tired-looking. Host is friendly though and helpful, but my family didn't enjoy the apartment.

Parfait !

L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment incroyable ! Nous sommes à moins 1 minutes des pistes. L’appartement était très propre et notre arrivée. Tout l’électronique de la maison est fonctionnel. Cuisine très bien équipé! De plus le balcon a une très belle vue sur les montagnes (côté droit sur balcon)

L’évier de la salle de ban, il n’est pas très pratique
