Amazing location, right in the middle of Berry walking distance to the shops. Spacious house, comfortable beds, big pool and outdoor area.
Property is a bit dated, fancy gold rim crockery everywhere but wasn’t practical to use, the more every day crockery was a bit dirty and needed to be washed again before use, none of the clocks were working, a couple of light switches were falling off / are off and some lights were flickering. The in advance requested cot was not built and we had to call to find out where it is and build it ourselves.
The driveway hedge urgently needs trimming, making it unnecessarily hard to get in and out.

Lovely home, great location.
Backyard had not been cleaned and was covered in dirt and leaves. Lots of things were broken but generally still useable. Empty box where I assume the wireless speaker should have been. Pool cleaner came to service the pool and I was not notified. This really should be scheduled for when the property is cleaned between guests, not during a stay.

Location
Gas bottles ran out and we had no hot water on one of the days so couldn’t use the stove or have showers which caused a lot of inconvenience as we had a breakfast at home planned and a family event to attend
