    I paid around 1,200-1400 thb/night; it was worth it for this price. The rooms were nice , ac worked great , hot water came quick , and the beds were More comfy than many beds I've enjoyed in Thailand. Note that the pool is for everyone but located immediately outside two rooms so it appears to be exclusive. It's not, but it's also not that big. The location is wonderful. The restaurant has good food and opens directly onto the clean, sandy beach. The included breakfast options were yummy. There were about five options plus a few a la carte items. Cappuccino's were also yummy. There was some noise from road but it was definitely not overwhelming.

    Clean, spacious, comfy bed and great shower. The rooms are very comfortable, nice pool and breakfast included. Staff always friendly and willing to help. We would definitely come back and Reccomend!

    Hotel is great located in Haad Yao, there is everything you need nearby. Rooms were spacious, super comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was also good and the staff super friendly and helpful. We initially booked one week but decided to prolong one week more because we really liked it! It is very quiet and peaceful, right in front of the beach, the pool is also good! Thank you very much!
