    When I first arrived the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I asked the staff to have the housekeeper sweep and do a couple other things. They sent her right away. Later, when I had an issue with something they also responded immediately. Later, when my key card seemed to not be working, they asked if I would like to see another room. I did look at it - it was quite clean and nicely set up, so I'm thinking the cleanliness issues in my room were a fluke. Even though they seem to be a busy hotel (many floors and lots of people coming and going) the staff were OUTSTANDING! They were attentive, genuine, and really wanted to help me with anything necessary - they were so sweet and caring! I had a wedding to go to and was ordering a few supplies for it, but since the delivery had to be dropped off at random times I wasn't sure when it would come. The staff were so kind to hold the money for me, pay the delivery guy, try to catch him and make sure he didn't return with the packages (which is the standard procedure if I'm not there to pay myself) and stepped in majorly when it wasn't there job at all - they had loads of people to care for at the desk, but they cared that I got my packages and that it wasn't lost somewhere outside the building. There was also a point, in all the rush, that I left my wallet on a couch in the lobby. They put it behind the counter because they didn't know who had left it. Later, when they saw me rushing around frantic, they asked if I had lost it. I was very grateful that the staff were attentive and honest (it had a lot of money in it). I also love the area - so alive, and a street food smorgasbord from 4pm to midnight! Also good location for me to reach several places. But mainly - the staff made the place warm and safe!

    Right in the middle of a bustling local area, this is a good choice for those who simply needs a clean bed for the night. It looks like it will be undergoing some renovation soon.

    Shower leaking water, curtains with stains, hand soap is the same as bath soap, wifi not working at times. Very dim lighting in rooms.
