The Memory Luxury Resort

Excellent place to stay, the facilities, staff, cleanliness, and location are all to my liking although the location might not suit everybody. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, can’t really find anything to say against the resort except meals other than breakfast are not cooked on sight but brought in but menu adequate!

I stayed here with my wife and our two-year-old twin children. We specifically chose this place because it advertised a natural, family-friendly environment with activities like feeding sheep and collecting eggs. As a father, I genuinely wanted my children to experience something simple and close to nature. ผมพาภรรยาและลูกเล็กวัยสองขวบสองคนมาพักที่นี่ ด้วยความตั้งใจอยากให้ลูกได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติ เห็นข้อมูลว่ามีกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับแกะและเก็บไข่ เลยคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นที่พักแนวครอบครัวที่อบอุ่นและปลอดภัยครับ เราเช็คอินประมาณสามทุ่มครึ่ง มีเพียงยามอยู่ด้านหน้า ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ บรรยากาศค่อนข้างมืด เงียบ และวังเวง สำหรับคนที่มากับเด็กเล็กสองคนยอมรับว่ารู้สึกไม่สบายใจตั้งแต่แรก เมื่อเข้าห้องพักพบว่ามีกลิ่นอับชัดเจน ตู้เย็นไม่ได้เสียบปลั๊ก ไม่สามารถแช่อาหารหรือนมเด็กได้ Wi-Fi ใช้งานไม่ได้เลย และเบอร์ติดต่อที่ให้ไว้มีเพียงเบอร์เดียว โทรไปหลายครั้งก็ไม่มีผู้รับสาย ทำให้รู้สึกว่าหากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินกับเด็ก ๆ เราจะไม่สามารถขอความช่วยเหลือจากใครได้ ตอนแรกผมยังคิดว่าหรือเป็นเพราะราคาที่พักค่อนข้างดี เลยทำให้ไม่มีแขกเข้าพักเลยทั้งโซน ทั้งที่สภาพสถานที่ไม่ได้เก่าโทรม แต่บรรยากาศโดยรวมกลับเงียบผิดปกติจนน่ากังวลครับ สิ่งที่ทำให้ผิดหวังที่สุดคือการสื่อสารกับผู้ที่แจ้งตัวว่าเป็นผู้จัดการผู้หญิง น้ำเสียงและท่าทีไม่เหมาะสมอย่างยิ่ง เมื่อผมขอเลทเช็คเอาท์เล็กน้อย เพราะลูกสองคนต้องนอนกลางวันและต้องใช้เวลาเก็บของเด็กจำนวนมาก กลับได้รับคำตอบในลักษณะให้รีบเก็บของออกทันที ไม่มีความเข้าใจหรือความยืดหยุ่นใด ๆ สำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็ก ผมเป็นคนหนึ่งที่ให้ความสำคัญกับมารยาทและความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในการบริการมากกว่าสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเสียอีกครับ ครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องห้องพัก แต่เป็นเรื่องทัศนคติและวุฒิภาวะของผู้ดูแลสถานที่ ซึ่งทำให้ทั้งครอบครัวตัดสินใจเก็บของและเดินทางกลับก่อนกำหนด โดยส่วนตัว ผมไม่เคยเจอประสบการณ์ลักษณะนี้มาก่อน และคงไม่กลับมาพักที่นี่อีกครับ หวังว่ารีวิวนี้จะเป็นข้อมูลให้ครอบครัวอื่น โดยเฉพาะบ้านที่มีเด็กเล็ก พิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบก่อนตัดสินใจครับ We arrived around 9:30 PM and were received only by a security guard. There was no front desk staff available. The overall atmosphere was dark, quiet, and frankly quite unsettling for a family traveling with two toddlers. When we entered the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. The refrigerator was not plugged in, which meant we could not store milk or food for our children. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. The only contact phone number provided was unreachable — I called multiple times with no answer. As a parent, that is extremely concerning. If anything had happened to my children, there appeared to be no support system in place. At first, I wondered why the price seemed reasonable yet the entire property appeared almost empty. The facilities themselves were not visibly run-down, but the overall silence and lack of guests raised questions. The most disappointing part of our stay was the interaction with the woman who identified herself as the manager. Her tone and manner were inappropriate and unprofessional. I politely requested a slight late check-out because managing two toddlers, their belongings, and their nap schedule requires time and coordination. Instead of understanding the situation, I was told to pack up and leave immediately, with no flexibility or empathy whatsoever. For me, hospitality is not just about the room — it is about attitude, basic courtesy, and emotional maturity in handling guests, especially families with small children. This experience fell far below acceptable standards. We ultimately decided to pack up and leave earlier than planned. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this so that other families — particularly those traveling with young children — can make an informed decision before booking. We will not be returning.
