    Ok, don’t get me wrong. This resort could be awesome but unfortunately it is very much neglected. They say breakfast included. Toast, bananas and coffee left out in a deserted kitchen area for you to prepare yourself. Advertise TV, there’s no TV. The bathroom is not vented properly and the room smells bad from this. I can say whomever does the cleaning does a good job to have the room clean on arrival but that’s it. No daily housekeeping. It’s a sad situation.

    Negatives first- We didn’t realised there are no taxi services in Pai , and the walk was 1 hour 10 minutes from the bus station. There was loads of hairs around the room and wee on the toilet seat when we arrived Positives - good value for money , provide breakfast Big room Give you free water
