    The location is convenient but not clean, staff not available all the time. Lack basic ammenities. Not maintained.

    It is near the Haram, good for access specially for women, however it is not near Rawda.

    The hotel is not entirely unclean but their sheets and carpet surely is. Their housekeeping stuff is mostly Bangladeshi or Pakistani and they are very nice and helpful. However, the staff at reception could work on service skills. They have very little they can do or has very little visibility on 3rd party bookings. They couldn’t find my agoda booking. I had to wait 1hr with small kids at 1am. They were unreachable over phone before I arrived. Very odd. The good thing is, since they deal with groups, they are not very stringent on process or care about you much. And since mostly group folks stay here, it’s very crowded. The hotel is quite big so even though they have 5-6 lifts, you will struggle getting one at Maghrib/Esha. Overall, I would never book it again with my family. No toothbrush, no glasses. The tv doesn’t work properly. With friends or group, feel free to book. By the way, the changed their name to Winter Inn Al Khair just during Ramadan 2026. Felt like the staff are clueless about most of the stuffs themselves. Only good thing is the cafe below. Very easy to get snacks. Friendly staffs there as well, all of them Bangladeshi.
