Overall nice hotel w friendly staff, clean rooms, and superb resto fronting the beach. The only con was the pool - which was not ready during our stay. Good thing the beach is only a few steps away.

We booked 2 poolside rooms, one with a big double and one with three single beds for 1 night. Positive impression was: Rooms are equipped with interesting bamboo furniture. Super location directly on the beach, with great restaurant and live music every Saturday. Helpful staff. Negtive impression was: The photos are not up to date, the whole building is under a huge scaffolding. No drinking water was provided in the rooms, we had to buy them for 30 pesos per bottle. Only 4 breakfasts were included in our two room rates because Agoda submitted our booking with 4 adults only, but we were there with 4 adults and 1 child. So we had to pay the additional breakfast for 220 pesos. It is not a big deal but stays with a bad taste.
