    The place is near to the center, 5-minute walk. It's clean and staff are friendly and accommodating.

    the hotel has a great location, walking distance from main pasalubong centers, and the place is not too near (where you'll be stuck in traffic) and not too far (still walkable) from the capitol. the staff were really helpful especially when it was raining hard when it was time to go, they assisted us to our ride even when it was raining hard and almost flooding.

    One thing that truly stands out is the warmth and kindness of the staff, from the moment we entered the lobby until we said our goodbyes. They were very helpful and assisted us with our requests. The building is quite old, and some amenities that are standard in hotels are lacking, but these can still be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the place is safe and conveniently located near pasalubong stores and café areas. I will definitely recommend this to friends.
