    We reached hotel and at first no one was available at reception. Secondly the hotel lobby area looked shabby. We went through couple of rooms before deciding which room we can stay. Rooms were ok ok and cleaniness was also ok ok. Curtains looked dirty, walls were dirty and full of stains. Over all vibes of this place was so down that me and my husband could sleep properly despite of been tired. Cafeteria area was also shabby. After seeing such condition we were not expecting any service as only one person was looking after new customer, their needs and cleaning of room. I would only suggest that any one opting for this place should first see it face to face before booking the room

    Very disappointing experience. We reached around 20 minutes before the 1:00 PM check-in time, and even though the rooms were empty, the staff rudely refused to let us check in. We asked again 10 minutes before and even 5 minutes before the check-in time, but their behavior remained rude and unprofessional. It wasn't about getting early access to the room- it was the way they treated guests. To make matters worse, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid. I would not recommend Prathamesh Holiday Home, Diveagar unless they improve their customer service and room maintenance.
