    Staff is very helpful but when we vivited we had to inform several times to get connect the TV and also eventhough it connected not HBPO worked and its not package they refil Rs.80 one , hot water came only night and in the morning it was not there, as we seen on the web sight room and resturant not upto the level so we had to ordered the food outside ,place is very calm but it not that worthy for the money but somewhat ok but could not be recognize as 3 start hotel.facilities should be upgraded, towels they kept were too old and sink hole not covered if something drop (eg: ring) we wont be able to found at all.electric kettle was there on the table and small refregerator but connection was not given and even to reach the plug we had to kept it on the floor and after using the kettle we had to connect the refregerator, lamp shade was there room lampshade cannot use as its light flicuring, living room lamp shade cannot connect as there was no connection ...my kid and wife was very upset as they came to spend a holiday as we have paid Rs. 13,000/- i hope we could have to find more comfortable room with atlease included breakfast . thanks

    The property staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing. And it's very cheap. Although a bit far but 8 mins walking distance from a super shop and 20 mins from a pub. Very near to cultural center and the lake. We ordered breakfast and the quality and quantity exceeded our expectations. I would recommend buying lots of water, tissue papers, soap, and other necessary stuffs (they do provided them), so it will make your stay a bit more comfortable. The pool is very great and easily accessible. I would recommend swimming with the view of Kandy. Honestly, rest of places would rip you off, and I would book this places with eyes shut considering the advantages it's offering.

    Hotel bien placé à 20min à pied des centre d'intérêt avec piscine pour un rapport qualité prix correcte cependant chambre avec des draps sales, fourmis, frigo très très moyen et difficile d'avoir contact avec le personnel après 17h30 Nous étions les seuls dans l'hôtel donc pas très rassurant Chambre sans isolation
