    Was happily surprised by the experience overall after reading the reviews before staying there. Staff was very kind, rooms were ok, toilet was clean but could need a refresh. Shower/onsen area was awesome! Always a good breakfast ready for you at 7.30 in the morning at your designated table. So wake up early if you want a fresh meal, otherwise it will stay on the table and be cold.

    Staffs are friendly. Just 3 mins walk to ski site. Will definitely come back again in the future

    Me n fds are happy to have a stay here. Although the japanese style breakfast is a bit expensive 1500 yen n u are forced to pay extra 900 yen for 3 ppl two nights hotspring tax. Cant reduce even u are woman n in period.

    NOZAWA ONSEN ski resort is a small resort village and this hotel is just next to the KARASAWA slope. It was good for value and so clean. The stuff is so welcoming as well. for the three days we stay there they basically take care of us in every way - dinner reservations, booking a cab, etc. I would definitely recommend this to everybody who is coming to stay hopefully 3 to 4 days to experience the snow park. Also the owner keeps everything in order and warm and nice and clean (snow equipments can be stored in a separate dry room). Great experience!!
