The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean, but the real gem is the staff - especially Madame Nong. She is the friendliest person I’ve met in all my months traveling, I can’t thank her enough for her welcome to Laos. There was a glitch with agoda (the room I booked wasn’t in fact available) and she personally stayed up late for my arrival and drove me to an alternative accommodation they arranged for me for that night. My data wasn’t working and I had just gotten off a bus that was long and pretty late, so what could’ve turned into a nightmare turned out to be the start of a lovely friendship. Thank you Mdme Nong, hope to see you again soon 💕💕

Love this place and the lady who manages it. I was able to do an early check-in. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The bed linens smell so fresh and clean. This is the first place I’ve rented in Laos where I actually had to turn the hot water down. Love that! A nice hot shower is hard to come by in this country. I was able to get laundry done here and book my bus transportation to Pakse. I also really appreciated the way a basket with tissue, towels, and water were set outside my room door. Such a nice feature. I’m looking forward to coming back here for one more night after I finish The Loop. Great place and staff!
