    The room was spacious and the height of tables etc were appropriate where one need not bend while using his suitcase etc.The entrance to the room was wide.The reception and room service was very responsive and prompt.Kudos to both.The staff's behaviour was very polite and courteous.The dining area was very spacious and the variety laid out during breakfast was nice and good.Overall a quality hotel which I highly recommend.

    My stay at Chandela was awesome, greenery, pool, restaurant etc add to its grandeur.

    My family was with me from US and we were there for 2 nights. The hotel is more of a marriage hall and their total attention is on the marriage party. The restaurant staff is grossly untrained, the senior staff is not crisp and least bothered abt the functioning of the hotel. Taj hotels operated on this property for almost 40 years and since they left these people are only encashing upon the location and infrastructure . Sad state of affairs and lacks professional touch
