    The rooms are good and clean. They have free shuttle bus from and to Airport 24hours. Also a small mcdonald and 7by11 store makes it ideal for stay near airport to catch flights

    This is a very comfortable airport hotel and overall it’s a great place to stay, especially for transit in Guangzhou. One of the things I really appreciated is that late check-out is available until 2 PM, which is very convenient for travelers who arrive late or have long flights. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean, and all the amenities are complete and well prepared. Everything you need for a good rest is provided, and overall the hotel itself is excellent. However, there was one very unfortunate experience with the person shown in the photo. Late at night, we were already very tired and just wanted to rest. We had a long flight from Shanghai and a full day of activities traveling from Shanghai to Guangzhou, so we were extremely exhausted. There was a misunderstanding regarding our booking. We told them that it was okay and that we could handle the issue the next morning, because we were really too tired to deal with it late at night. Unfortunately, the staff member kept calling our room repeatedly even after we had explained the situation. What made the situation worse was that he entered our room without permission, which made us feel very uncomfortable. In my opinion, the manners and respect for guest privacy in this situation were very poor, and it was quite disappointing considering how good everything else about the hotel is. Aside from this incident, the hotel itself is very good and highly recommended, especially if you need a comfortable place to stay during a transit in Guangzhou.
