    First room offered was smoky, had to get another one. Also why have ashtrays in supposedly non-smoking rooms?!! Restaurant was not open for dinner. Had to get delivery. Convoluted route from airport. Breakfast choice very poor, not what you would expect compared to other Hamptons. Will not use again.

    Room was upgraded at no cost to deluxe, with good space and aesthetic. So it's a practical and functional space. Like the privacy of the dry room from the sleeping space. There is also free pick up and departure to airport on request, which helps to circumvent the slightly further location from the international airport. Receptionist service was excellent and they tried their best to handle every request. Breakfast wise, it was Chinese style and generally ok in spread and taste, but don't expect the huge variety you get in overseas Hilton hotels.

    I chose it to match a rather late flight arrival. The hotel is modern and fine. The "free airport transfer" is drop off only. On arrival, you need a cab. And the hotel location seems to be a bit in the middle of nowhere.
