Location is very residential and safe with good access to tube. The host arranged for a check in at 1800 without payment.
The apartment is well sized however needs some effort to make it look warmer rather than bland white walls. Although on face value it looked clean, the placed is in need of a deep cleaning such as kitchen extraction hob, vents, fan full of old dust and fluff. A keybox should be installed as check-in after 1700 is liable to a fee and 1700 is quite early.

Calm location, spacious, comfortable couch, not too far from public transport.
Unclean; especially noticeable in the kettle, bathroom, lamps, oven. Can't see any signs or numbers on the stove (all rubbed off).
