Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, et surtout très bien situé, vraiment top!

Great and clear reception of the host. Clean and comfortable accomodation with everything you need. Perfect location with main metro line couple of minutes from the apartment. Great restaurant nearby for first day dining.

Location is very residential and safe with good access to tube. The host arranged for a check in at 1800 without payment.

The apartment is well sized however needs some effort to make it look warmer rather than bland white walls. Although on face value it looked clean, the placed is in need of a deep cleaning such as kitchen extraction hob, vents, fan full of old dust and fluff. A keybox should be installed as check-in after 1700 is liable to a fee and 1700 is quite early.

Just as described in the description, spacious and balcony had beautiful views.

However staff were not very friendly. First kept us waiting for the keys to the apartment. Nothing was made clear to us regarding the parking area, upon checking out the gate would not open from the inside, as another car entered only then did we get to leave the car parking area, same happened upon parking the car when we first arrived. Customer service was not professional they seemed rude and impatient when we told them about the car situation. When we first got to the apartment temperatures were very high so the apartment was very stuffy and hot throughout our stay, also had no fans or AC.
