We really enjoyed our stay here. The yard is very nice with a lor of spaces to spend time outside.
The personnel is also very nice trying to accommodate all the requests. Especially the lady at the reception
Also good location close to Firenze

my entire floor of the room flooded because their drainage system in the bathroom is backed up. I took a shower and my friend took one immediately after but they have their shower set up as the same level as the rest of the floor and because we took back to back showers the entire floor out to the bedroom flooded and when I brought this up to the front desk she blamed me and said I should have given it time to drain.

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

Muy bello el lugar, solo que lejos de florencia, tienes tren a 8-10 minutos caminando pero después de las 20 o 21 pm no hay cómo llegar si no es en taxi que son carísimos
