Lovely staff, nice setting, a bit noisy.
Staff couldn’t be more helpful, nice setting & comfortable beds.
Very noisy corridors (room doors are difficult to close quietly, echoing walls exacerbate the problem), very loud music around pool area and garden spoiled the peace of the setting in the daytime.

Our favorite place that we stayed on our trip. We can't wait to return.
From the start the staff was extremly helpful and kind. The lady that helped us made us feel right at home. We were exhausted from traveling and she got us settled into our rooms immediately. The property is beautiful, the pool was magnificent and the food was prepared fresh. We appreciated her sharing the history of the villa. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip and we will make plans to return.
We were a party of seven. It was hard to get a taxi / Uber from the property into Florence. I would defintely stay here again, I would just rent a car to travel around the area. I have no complaints about the property itself except that we did not plan a long enough stay!

Excellent in Every Way!!!
I felt welcomed upon arrival during a stressful traveling delay. The restaurant was closed because of a private event, so they pulled up an app for me to order pizza and they delivered to my room, with a delicious beverage! Service was EXCELLENT and EXEPTIONAL!!! Grounds were beautiful!! Taxi arrived as requested at 4am for my ride back to the airport. I could not have been more pleased!! Thank you!!!!

Amazing experience
The place is incredible, they gave us a huge room which was extremely clean. They have a stunning swimming pool that looks like a lake in the middle of a forest. The breakfast was delicious and the people that work there have been kind and very nice. I would definitely come back and recommend the place.
It’s a little far from Florence but the train station that takes u to the center is literally 10 minutes away
