Lovely clean unit in delightful old building in a gorgeous pedestrian street

Write smack bang in the middle of the lovely old town. Very easy access and entry information provided the neighbour was lovely and carried my bicycle up and down the stairs.

I don’t think I will complain about anything. It was very hot the days I were there but there was AC in the bedroom upstairs, but I chose to sleep on the very comfortable sofa bed downstairs with an air-conditioner.

Lovely historic village and house

Lovely historical house in pedestrian area of town. Well equipped kitchen in archway over the street which was part of the house. We liked the terrace upstairs to enjoy the evenings. Parking nearby and not far to walk with your bags to the pedestrian only street.

Bedroom upstairs is tight, not much room around bed as there is additional stairs to a tiny loft and small bed. A retractable stairs here would free up lots of space and make the main bedroom spacious. Instructions need to be be updated about disposal of rubbish as garbage bins have been removed from the village and you have to drive out of town to dispose of rubbish and recycle.

Village plein de charme surtout quand le soleil est de la partie

Emplacement au cœur du village de Mirmande. Places de parking facilement trouvées. Clés récupérées avec indications claires. Descriptif de l'appartement bien détaillé sur le site. Équipement complet dans le logement. Découverte de quelques villages perchés de la Drome. Jolie balade conseillée à l'office de tourisme sur les crêtes au dessus de Livron.

Préciser que la toute petite chambre du haut ne convient qu'à un enfant de moins de 10ans (taille du matelas). Veuillez préciser également où déposer les poubelles au départ (malgré de nombreuses balades dans Mirmande, nous n'avons pas trouvé les containers et nous avons fini par emmener les poubelles à la Cliousclat ( village voisin) Village désert en ce mois de février (vacances scolaires) qui commence à s'animer le vendredi (jour de notre départ).

Très décevant

Le très joli petit village de Mirmande avec ses rues pittoresques. Cuisine bien équipée en matériel électroménager.

L'inconfort du logement. Dès l'entrée on se trouve face à plusieurs marches assez raides sans rampe. Chambre exiguë (accès au lit impossible du côté droit sans monter dessus ou sans pousser le lit en biais et se contortionner sous un escalier). Absence de rangement pour déposer ses affaires (seulement une étagère qui impose de monter sur le lit pour y accéder). Salle de bain peu engageante (vétusté du sol et de la douche). Attention : chambre d'appoint déconseillée pour un enfant (escalier sans sécurité), logement déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite (même légèrement). En regard, prix élevé

Eigenlijk niets. Het was bekend dat er geen makkelijke parkeer gelegenheid is. Maar is goedgekomen.

charmant huisje op superleuke locatie .

het is een fantastisch charmant huisje . super leuke locatie . bed en slaapkamer waren klein maar het bed was wel comfortabel . dakterras mooi beschut met gewone en ligstoelen. keuken volledig ingericht met vaatwasser (die niet echt goed werkte) magnetron en oven .

het was niet erg schoon. gepoetst voir de eerste blik . maar niet de bank een beetje verschuiven want dan wordt het stof en de dooie vliegen zichtbaar . De keuken is vrij hoog en er hangen vrij veel spinnenwebben , ook onder de trap . met een ladder of een lange bezem zou het moeten lukken . asbak op het balkon niet geleegd . kortom weinig oog voor de details . De gasfles was leeg of wij deden het verkeerd maar dan zouden instructies over hoe het gas aan te sluiten op zijn plaatst zijn . gelukkig ook nog 1 elektrisch kookpitje. schilderijen waarvan de prent scheef in de lijst is gezakt . niet belangrijk maar wel zonde , want het kan dan snel een verwaarloosde indruk wekken . En dat is jammer want het is een leuk huisje
