Lokal ogólnie dobry, czysty choć noszący ślady wcześniejszych imprez punktowo zabrudzone ściany, uszkodzone prowadnice drzwi prysznica i szafy, kuchnia wypełni wyposażona przestronna łazienka również, pokój dzienny z wygodną sofą, na kilkudniowy wypad jak najbardziej godny polecenia
Usunąć ślady zabrudzeń ze ścian, naprawić prowadnice drzwi prysznicowych (woda wylewa się za kabinę), może również warto do pokoju dziennego postawić stabilną i większą ławę

Lokalizacja, potencjał mieszkania, wygodne łóżko
Zużycie sprzętu, czyli zepsuta szafa w przedpokoju, pęknięty zlew w łazience, drzwi w prysznicu się nie stykały po zamknięciu chyba że przybliżyło się magnesy do siebie, ale wtedy gdzie indziej robiła się luka przez którą ciekła woda, kiepskie wyposażenie kuchni (brakuje misek, nie ma podstawowych rzeczy typu herbata, cukier, 2 kapsułki kawy na 4dniowy wyjazd), mały telewizor nie zawieszony na ścianie co jest trochę niebezpieczne przy dzieciach choć dopuszczalne.
