Sehr nah am großen Pool.

Man muss ein Auto haben, wenn man zum Strand möchte.

Location was perfect for us as we were on a cycle trip, bike shop was just down the road and easy access to mountain routes but also close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space in the apartment and all facilities required plus out door areas a bonus, would definitely book again

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Besonders gut hat uns die gemütliche Sitzecke auf der Terrasse gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt in Maspalomas wieder diese Wohnung buchen würden.

This apartment scores highly for location, the level of equipment and the excellent pool area which was well-maintained. It has two outside areas that are very pleasant. There is a comfortable, secluded dining area at the rear with easy access to the swimming pool which has a large number of sunbeds and a few umbrellas. At the side there is a private area with sunbeds and an umbrella with additional comfortable seating. On street parking is easy and conveniently close to the apartment. A car is recommended but there is a taxi rank close by.

While it is listed as having two bathrooms, one is located in an attached building in the private courtyard outside the apartment. The downstairs (basement) bedroom has no windows or air conditioning, and there is no wardrobe or other storage for clothes. There is no manual/instruction book (we had to contact the owners for basic information like Wi-Fi password and how to operate the hob). This is a property to avoid if you have any mobility issues, as both bedrooms are accessed by steep, spiral staircases, difficult to manoeuvre with suitcases.
