Fantastic location and spotless property!

The apartment was excellent! It’s in a fantastic location, very close to the gondola and within easy reach of everything in Bansko. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Bansko, whether for skiing, hiking, or just exploring the town.

We won't go there again. There are other, better apartmens in the same building

3 hours standing on the dark street... calling the host and Booking helpdesk, it took 3 hours to get in. First, there was no PIN info to the keys. Even the apartman number was not correct first time, they told 17a, and then they sent us an email, that it's 23a instead... tee pin code in this later message was wrong.... We called them, but they put it down every time without a word. Booking had to contact them (expensive international call) and then he told the correct pin, so we got in at last. There was mentioned in the details, that there is air condition, but there was not. 30 Celsius without air condition... And there was wifi connection. We could connect to it, but it said: The connection is OK, but there is no internet. So technically yes, there was wifi, it just could not provide internet....

is close to gondola and the owner is friendly. it has a balcony to store skis and equipment.

the bath is a little uncomfortable, but overall it is ok for a ski trip. very good apartament

Great skiing digs

Perfect location for what I wanted, very close to gondola. Owner was in contact from start, checking in to confirm there were no problems, asking if I needed anything. Ideal for two people, or even three if sharing the double bed. I just needed it to sleep and shower for skiing, but could do cooking etc if I wanted to.
