The staff were fantastic, special shout out to Rogers who speaks really good English.
Food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
WiFi was good. Bed was very comfortable. Hot water in the shower is quick to heat up. I liked how the lamp in the room was a soft warm light, most hotels have bright white bulbs which aren’t relaxing.
Value for money overall was very very good

The breakfast and meals in general where amazing. The hotel is close to the resource center where I was attending the conference and it's a quiet place. The staff are so friendly and make the stay feel like home

No airport shuttle provided, the taxi was ordered and overpriced given it was $10 for a short trip whereas it should have been less than a $1. An arrangement between the receptionist and the taxi driver must have been made to make 'tea money' as we say in Africa.
