I loved how close to the airport it was. The ocean view was amazing! It was literally 5 minutes walk to Jax Steakhouse and other restaurants and a supermarket.

There wasn’t anything to dislike in my opinion

The location next to Maho beach was excellent. Great for plane spotting and very short walk to nearby restaurants

The elevator was non functional since December (a staff member told us this) even at our time of booking. We were not even made aware of this. Needless to say, we were placed on the 4th floor. We were promised fresh fruit to be in our suite at the time of our arrival. In the 4 days we stayed no fruits were brought. We paid well in advance for late checkout. However at 11am our door code was deactivated and we were made to wait outside for a staff member to come open it. We were kept back from getting ready to check out at 1pm because of the delay in getting back into the room. The cleaner knocked on our door multiple times and made sure we knew that it was 1pm and it was time to leave. She also complained about working conditions too openly which made interactions with her awkward
