Loved the fascilities availible. Complimentary shuttle was a game changer
No spotify on the TV, unable to install without a japan LG account. Minor inconvenience.

Lovely clean and modern with luxury features and amenities. Great location.
Insufficient closet space. Many of the cupboards were locked and there were no drawers to put clothes in.
There was no kitchen cutting knife. We ended up buying one.
Most importantly There was no proper ski drying room. We ended up having to put a heater in the room downstairs and even then our ski gear didn’t always dry over night. This really needs to be addressed.
