Не з першого разу відкрити двері, але з нами були на звʼязку, тому швидко все вирішилось

Mattress to firm, cleaning has to be improved too much dust, sand on floor and hairs on carpet .

That view!!!!!!!!! The whole reason to stay there. Stunning, ever-changing, opposite a banana plantation. Beautiful light. Fabulous large desk to work and paint on. Plus, San Marcos Bay is quiet and well served by 2 x restaurants (visited in March) and 2 x bars and 1 small supermarket that sells all you need. Big Lidl 10 mins drive away. We requested 6 pillows - glad we did as there is no headboard #rough wall. The balcony is shared by the 3 apartments and it would not take much effort, or planting, to give some privacy between them. Awkward to be outside at the same time as ones neighbours... free parking on the road outside THAT gate. Remember to use the TOP keypads, not the old ones below on both front gate and apartment door.

No information book. Both TV's (?!) did not work. Wi-fi router needed restarting to work. Again no instructions. Wi-fi code on back of door - found eventually. Front gate keypad stopped working and LOCKED US IN and we discovered there IS NO WAY OUT of the grounds except through that gate. It was a Sunday (isn't it always) and Ocean Rentals took many calls to answer. Gate lock taped open for 5 days before being sorted.

Problèmes avec des serrures à code qui ne marchait pas. Heureusement, la société qui gère ces locations à distance pouvait nous ouvrir à distance. Une autre serrure à code pour entrer dans l'appartement (4 boîtiers différents pour entrer, faut choisir le bon...). Et pareil pour la machine à laver le linge dans un local commun avec une serrure à code qui ne s'ouvrait pas ! On regrette le temps où les portes s'ouvraient avec une clef. Sinon, appartement assez confortable mais sans âme. Lit double confortable mais avec 2 couettes individuelles. N'espérez pas faire de la grande cuisine, l'équipement est très sommaire. Les fixations des volets de la fenêtre étant cassées, nous avons été obligé de les garder fermés. :-( Insonorisation à revoir, on entendait très bien la télé des voisins. Par contre, la notre n'avait qu'une ou deux chaînes en allemand. Le balcon a une vue qui pourrait être sympa si elle n'était pas un peu gâchée par tous les immeubles environnants. Par contre magnifiques couchers de soleil.
