I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the Carter to others. The space was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and sugar, and having games available was a nice addition. The team was also very attentive and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated.
The only downside was the noise. The AC was quite loud, especially when it timed out and came back on again. I could sometimes hear sounds from the hallway and the thumping sound from the neighbours above. Aside from that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay downtown.

Good location, near bus stop. Nice view of skyline. Plenty of restaurants around. Nice district. Very clean. Coffee and other things supplied.
The check in process was scary. We didn’t receive the link through Booking so I had to call . I was wary to click on a link and share ID info.
There’s no one on site and no one answering the messages through Booking. The fan was stuck on in our bedroom the whole time as the switch was broken. I asked in the chat nothing was done. Minor but what happens if you need help fast? Also no hairdryer.
