We stayed here for a good few weeks while visiting Saudia. The place is a great size and is in a good great location, close to everything you need. The fridge, washing machine and microwave were handy. Good air conditioning. Good value for money. The bedrooms had clean bedding and night lamps.
At first sight the place seemed clean but after more inspection imperfections became apparent. The bathroom shower areas were not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was orange grime around the marble and there were no cleaning tools provided (other than a sweeping brush and squeegee) for me to try to clean it myself. The kitchen unfortunately left much to be desired. It had a few cockroaches so we didn’t use it other than to access the washing machine and fridge.

Flat is quite spacious beds were comfortable
Quiet and tree lined road
Sirag the manager was outstanding kind and helpful he deals with every request within minutes
Bathroom drainage was a bit strange those holes on the floors of bathrooms need propers covers as can be a source of insects/rodents
Building site next door
You need a taxi for each trip to the Haram
Kitchen is big good washing machine and fridge but the stove/ oven is not good at all i have to wait a long time to even make egg
