Close proximity to the beach, listing says 1,300 feet but better to say a 10 minute walk. Parking is free during the off season.

The host and owner were not at fault, but a nearby tenant was smoking marijuana, causing a strong smell that made my wife sick. I reported it through the host, and a ticket was issued, but I received no follow-up. Additionally, the hall bathroom was missing a shower curtain liner, the outlet by the couch didn’t work, and the dryer was very noisy.

Ok the pros: close to beach, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes for cooking meals & eating in, comfortable couch Cons: the walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor was hard when carrying heavy luggage & coolers, the A/C doesn't work correctly (temp wouldn't go below 78 during the day, despite constantly running the whole time) we had to go buy fans to keep from sweating the whole time. There was a noticeable big stain on the couch, no curtains in the master bedroom made it very warm in that room. But, for the price I paid, it was good. Only real complaint is the A/C.
