Vladeta (at the front desk) is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Excellent location, too.
Maybe a kettler and some complimentary tea or coffee in the rooms would be a lovely addition.

The location is good, rooms are spacious.
The AC wasn't working and we weren't informed in any way about it. The toilet seat wasn't stable and the doors from the shower cabin weren't properly working.
