L'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement sur le sud Basse-Terre. La taille et la répartition des pièces dans le bungalow sont agréables.

Un bon nettoyage de fond mériterait d'être effectué. Idem pour la propreté de la vaisselle entre les occupants. La literie est de mauvaise qualité (clic-clac dans le salon et lit dans la chambre). L'eau a du mal à s'évacuer dans la douche. Il y a des déchets à l'extérieur à côté de la piscine. L'eau du jacuzzi mériterait d'être renouvelée ou bien bien filtrée.
