Almaria Villas

Very spacious and modern. South facing so go sun all day.

Nothing really.

Good location, quiet area but close enough to shops, restaurants, transport and bars. Sunny all day but with the option of shaded area if you wanted. Well equipped with every thing you need and helpful staff quick to respond to any queries, fab property.

Only thing was a lack of cleaning products and clothes

we had villa number 3 all the images are of different villas The interior was great very clean very spacious In a gated street just off the main strip of Pernera so not a bad location it's fairly new so taxi can't always find it beds very comfortable good shower pressure plenty of toiletries A/C great Roof top area could be improved

Only one key between 6 of us which had to be placed in the power socket on entry so had to leave door unlocked if we went out seperatly. Outside was dirty including the hot tub and a large canopy broken which looked awful and despite requests was never replaced so just a small parasol for shade Not one full length mirror no spare loo rolls no housekeeping or towel change (we were there for 10 nights) we had to buy pods and wash our own Communication with agents was poor they did not come to greet us, as arranged and there was no manual about the villa I had to contact several times and response was slow A maintainence person did come but didn't do anything If you have young children be wary as although it's a barrier to get on the road the garden is insecure and anyone can wander up the side of the villa or over low wall from the main street. We endured 4 nights of disruption up to our departure from a nearby villa which went on till 4am the agents said they had reported this and I do realise it was beyond their control but bear in mind if you like an early night! There is a very large property across the road which is advertised for hen parties also. We hired for a very special occasion and it did let us down a bit but we generally had a great time

Quite hard to find in the dark. Google maps doesn’t recognise the drivable entrance. Pool cleaner doesn’t knock, let’s himself in, scared me to death.
