Proximity to Nakama / local amenities / beach & dive centres; spacious; good value for money. Comfortable beds upstairs & clean bedding. Great view of the ocean from the window & prompt, helpful customer service.

On Google Maps the house is actually the local gym and its number is not provided, which made it very difficult to find (it's no. 25). There were no bath towels provided that I could see. Dated fixtures & fittings incl a stubborn lockbox. Fridge & hood filters above cooker in need of a good clean. Proximity to expressway / lack of soundproofing meant local Bosozuka (motorcycle gang) kept waking me up with engine revving. Sofa beds quite unstable when sitting & uncomfortable when sleeping. Power sockets in short supply, esp. upstairs (1 in a corner, away from the beds).
