- Very helpful owner
- very large and comfortable appartment

- shops and restaurants just around the corner
- quite far to the beach
- no private swimpool. We have booked the apartment because of the pool. The pool was close to the street and was dirty, no one used it.

The host was amazing. She was extremely quick with communication. She set up our transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay. She even helped me find an ATM machine near the apartment. The apartment was sufficient for our stay. I appreciated we had a washing machine. The air conditioning was good. The views were pretty. The Pho restaurant on the first floor was delicious!
The apartment had a stale smoke smell inside.
