THE PHILLY

The location of the villa was convenient for our needs. It is a very compact space (particularly the bedrooms) but it suited our needs as there was only two of us. The communication was excellent and everything was smooth for access and our departure. The facilities met our expectations and we would stay again next time we visited Cowes or Phillip Island,

Well equipped and great location, plus very quiet. A few communications went very well and fast response. The owner is very considerate in decorating the house, we really enjoyed our stay of two nights.

The property was in a great location and very comfortable and clean. We felt at home and were very relaxed

Location was great. House was spacious and clean. Great little outdoor eating area. Large living space.

I didn't like being requested to pay an additional $500 a couple months before my stay and given 24 hours to do so or I would forfeit my booking. It was out of the blue and without comment by the owner, if I had not paid extra they would have left me out to dry. I had paid the full price and had secured the booking and then received that message. Apparently I had to pay the Moto GP Rate for the house which is odd considering we did not stay there in October, the time in which the moto GP was actually going on. It is a shame as the house was generally really lovely and the hosts for the most part were kind and reasonable.
