O flat é igual às fotos, espaçoso e limpo. O Check in e check out é tranquilo e facilitado pela fechadura eletrônica. O anfitrião passou todas as informações pelo whastapp. Além de contar com facilidade como água e sal (algo que sempre falta e comprar 1kg é sempre desperdício). Além de roupa de cama, toalhas e uma cozinha completa com utensílios para preparar as refeições no flat.
O estacionamento é uma cortesia muito bem vinda, porém a vaga do meu flat era a última e tinha um carro muito grande na vaga anterior o que dificultou a utilização da mesma, Mas é algo que o anfitrião não tem controle. Mas tenha em mente que se vc estiver com um carro grande pode ser necessário estacionar na rua (o que não é um problema). O carro é importante pq o flat não fica perto do centro mas caso necessite o 99 funciona bem na cidade.
