Die Lage ist natürlich ausgezeichnet mitten in Westerland in der Paulstraße. Zudem ist die Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss und daher nahezu barrierefrei. Es gab auch eine Terasse, die gemeinschaftlich mit den Nachbarn an jeweils eigenen Tischen genutzt werden konnte.
Auf Grund der Lage im Erdgeschoss fühlt man sich nicht wohl, wenn man nachts die Fenster ganz öffnet. Eine Öffnung der Fenster "auf Kipp" ist leider nicht möglich. Da die Terasse nicht überdacht ist, ist ein Kaffee am Morgen natürlich auch nur möglich, wenn das Wetter stimmt. Alles in allem trotzdem für den Preis ok, aber nicht für längere Aufenthalte oder Aufenthalte im Winter.
