GuestHost - Central & Comfy Apartment with veranda

I liked the relation from the staff. They were very useful and kind with us.

The facilities were not good. The bath ain’t no pleased place. The curtains are extremely amortised. They need a fresh recovery, because the chain didn’t move at all. In my opinion the neighbourhood was dangerous and when we come back to the apartment, we felt threatened. The air conditioning made the balcony extremely hot.

Relatively Central!

This studio needs a renovation. Even if you try to clean it its still dirty. Walls are dirty, bathroom full of mold, balcony also full of mold on the AC unit and at the windows ends. There were ants in the balcony coming thru some cracks. Cleaning was done poorly, I mopped the floor when we arrived because it was only brushed by the cleaning. The cooker hood was full of grease and dirt and also broken. There was an electric stove in the kitchen which was full of scrambles of past cooked food. The water heater was dirty and full of limestone. The mattress are old and bent. They need to be changed. Good thing we didn't had cockroaches because the ants were probably killing them for food 😂
