the environment is quiet and there is sense of peace, there is also a place to cook

they don’t change the bedding often and there are no cleaners during the stay

Communication with the host was exceptional. Cleanliness of facilities is always meticulous

The kitchenette was useful

The host/owner. I felt the way she spoke to me was unprofessional and so cold. We arrived Friday 7pm,took a shower, the water was cold,that was not a big deal coz it was hot. No aircondition,still not a big deal there was a fan.Later that night around midnight the electricity went off,we were still up watching TV,we looked out by the window the neighbors had electricity so it wasn't loadshedding, we thought maybe it's a switch from the main house. I called the host in the hopes she will just turn on the main switch or whatever. She answered, I told her we dont have electricity but the neighbors has,she replied "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO" I froze coz I wasn't expecting that from a property owner. She repeated her words, I was still in shock so I just apologized for calling her and we hanged up. I know it was late but I called for a reason, IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT AND MOSQUITOES WERE BITTING US WITHOUT THE FAN. The way she responded was unprofessional, she could have said unfortunately at this time there is nothing i can do am sorry but ill fix it in the morning.she was unpolite. From there our stay was sour. She never once came to speak to us.The electricity was restored in the morning after a very long night. We couldn't wait for sunday morning so we could leave.
