In the main room you will find a comfortable King bed and furniture, in the secondary room a Queen bed and in the third one a King bed and two single beds, all with a private full bathroom and a social bathroom. The building has an elevator with a maximum capacity of 2 people.
It should be noted that loud music is allowed until 10:00 pm and not before 8:00 am. There are some permanent residents in the building.
Visitors are allowed 1 for each guest. That is, if there are 3 people there can be 3 visits.
All visitors must have their identification and have a good personal appearance.
The apartment has security cameras at the entrance for security reasons and for the care of the guests.

The apartment was comfortable, and the host was highly responsive to any questions or concerns. However, the pictures on the website should be updated, as the furniture has changed slightly. My primary concern during the stay was the internet connectivity, which was slow at times and occasionally stopped working altogether. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. The apartment was conveniently located, close to our destination and needs.
