My one problem was the checking in. The notes said to use a lockbox, which is no longer the case you have to go to the front desk and get the key cards.

Pleasant stay overall, but some opportunities for improvement
Pros:
Excellent communication with host
Pain free check in
Location
Nice firm mattresses
Cons:
Unit could definitely use a deep cleaning
Thin walls and windows led to noisy nights
Handyman came to make a repair during middle of day with short notice
Couldn't get past the presence of the camera over the door. I trust the host that no sound was recorded but camera still seems intrusive especially when you have kids. Don’t want anyone with pics/footage of my kids without my permission.

The property was nice. The kitchen was updated and kids bedrooms were nice. My disappointment was the couch and master bedroom comforter. The couch was covered with a pad or tarp which made me cringe. The master bedroom comforter was either old or on the cheaper side. A nice down comforter or something of better quality would be ideal for the master bedroom.
Otherwise the place was nice. If those two things changed, we would stay there again.
