About this apartment rental
We are grateful to share that this beautiful 2 Bed 1 bath condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! The pool is open yet please note that the pool heater is not function. Also the lower floor condos are still under renovation.

Welcome to paradise, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at St Pete Beach! This gorgeous & newly renovated condo has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation, w/ 2 bedrooms & a large gourmet kitchen, perfect for gathering & entertaining. Find yourself walking steps to the beach access or overlooking the pool area while enjoying coffee or a cocktail from the living area of the condo. Enjoy all the activities this area has to offer such as dolphin watching, water sports or our famous sunsets.

Upon walking into the condo, you will feel like you're living your best beach life, instantly seeing amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the heated pool. This space was just remodeled and it is absolutely gorgeous, bright and airy. You and your traveling companions will enjoy the ability to cook or eat in at the large island, a table with stools situated at the window for the perfect view, or relaxing on the comfortable sofa.
There are two bedrooms, the first having a queen size bed and the second having two full size beds. If necessary, we do have a sleeper sofa for your convenience. The bathroom has a marble shower and features towels, beach towels, hair dryer and a starting supply of toiletries.
Walk right down the stairs of your 3rd floor condo and enjoy eating or having a drink by the pool, or just a few steps across a beach access road to get to the soft sand and catch a sunset.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Primary Guest booking must be 23 years or older
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.

Company was very friendly and helpful before arriving at property. Once arriving we gave them our rental license plate and they were to register it for parking permit. We were there on a Saturday, two days after arriving and had two tickets on our car for parking where we were supposed to be able to park. When calling to tell them the woman at the office was very snarky. Telling me to check the plate again. Then she asked for a picture when I told her it doesn’t give me an option on VRBO to send pictures. She replied well I get lots of photos daily from all guest. Like I was lying. Then she proceeded to say she isn’t to familiar with VRBO. So obviously she didn’t know. I felt like a pain to her. She talked to us like we annoyed her. Parking was ridiculous and there are no reserved spots for people staying at condos. The condo was sandy all over upon arrival. The walls and baseboards could definitely be cleaned. There were a few beach toys for kids. You do have to walk up several flights of stairs. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom. Internet connectivity kept going out. Which was a pain when having to work some on the trip. Simple streaming lost connection. The location is beautiful, we love upham beach and the area.

It is a clean and comfortable condo. We had a very nice time. The window in the family room looks out to the beach, with endless gorgeous views! Short walk to the beach; Which wasn’t crowded at all! Beach chairs were provided! We really appreciated the coffee essentials, because due to airline delays we had a rough (12hr) travel day and arrived late.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view. The host has thoughtfully remodeled and has included everything you might need for your stay. Parking was always available close to the condo. We were females traveling alone and felt completely safe here. There is no elevator and it's the 3rd floor so be smarter about luggage than we were . We will absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to everything. Nice warm pool. Place is well stocked with needed beach items and more! Internet kept going out or lose connectivity.Most time was spent away doing fun things.
